A little bit about Nicole

I came to Pilates through a career as a professional dancer. I spent several wonderful years as a Radio City Rockette where the demands on my body were high. On the recommendation from some friends I started taking Pilates classes and immediately noticed a difference. I was stronger, more flexible, in control of my movement, and less prone to injury.

I have stayed with my Pilates practice long after leaving the stage. It still supports me physically - through pregnancies, post-partum, and beyond - though now I value the connection to my mind and breath just as much as the strength and mobility it helps me maintain and grow. I love the challenge of the work out and the calm and energized feeling I have when I’m done. I also know that I have more to give to everyone around me when I keep up with my Pilates practice.

Join me in my calm and intimate studio space and get your body moving. Whether Pilates is new, an old friend, or an additional movement practice to your well established fitness routine I would love to be your guide. Let me support you by protecting your time to breathe, sweat, and tune-in to you - and laugh, because Pilates is a lot of fun, too!

When I’m not teaching Pilates you can find me at a hockey rink with my two boys, the dance studio with my sweet and spicy girl, or doing a home reno project with my husband. I love raising my family in St Anthony Village, reading, gardening, volunteering at school, and getting outside.
